    　We were two couples over 60 years old. Before we went, we exchanged several e-mails with them, requesting a change in pick-up location and asking for advice on what to wear. The instructor on the day of the tour explained the operation in an easy-to-understand manner, encouraged us, praised us, and supported us when we didn't go as we wanted, all in an effort to make the experience enjoyable. When I thought I couldn't get a good picture of myself in the kayak with a selfie, he took a picture and sent it to me via Air Drop or LINE, which made me happy.
