I took part in a stargazing tour. We were blessed with good weather that day, and I was able to capture a sky full of stars—including the Southern Cross—with my camera. It was a magnificent night sky where every shot turned out beautifully. However, the space to set up a tripod was a bit limited, so it would have been perfect if there had been a little more room.

My child had a blast stargazing on Kohama Island. I was a little worried about taking them out at night, but thanks to the staff, who were kind and patient and adapted to my child’s pace, I was able to watch over them with peace of mind as a parent. Since it was a night tour, I was really worried before we left about whether I’d be able to keep up while walking in the dark, but thanks to the guide’s attentive support, even a beginner like me had no trouble at all. The tour was very comfortable, and before I knew it, we’d arrived at the stargazing spot.
