What is the Cattley Observatory?
From the observatory, you can see the Ishinagata mangroves and Iriomote Island.
It is a small observation deck, but it offers a view of the Ishinagata mangroves directly below.
Parking is available at the bottom of the stairs, so renting a car is also recommended.
How to play at the Cattley Observatory
From the recently built Cattley Observatory, you can see the outstanding sunset over Iriomote Island.
It is also popular as a driving course because of its parking lot.
You can also stop here after a day of kayaking in the Ishinagata mangroves.
