Kohama Island-Churasan Plaza

◆Rental bicycles are convenient for getting around Kohama Island!
What is Churasan Plaza?
This is a grassy area in front of the entrance stairs to the observatory of Odake, located near the center of Kohama Island.
A small stage is set up, parking and restroom facilities are available, and the lawn area is spacious.
It is often used as a venue for events held on Kohama Island, and while it is crowded with many people during events, it is usually a quiet place.
Beside the stairs leading from the plaza to the observatory, there is a monument to the Kohama-bushi song.
It is called "Churasan Plaza," but it has nothing to do with the drama "Churasan" (laughs).
