    My first sup experience as a 50-something traveling alone. I enjoyed it very much. I was worried about whether I could stand up, I am not an athletic person, but the guide's instruction was easy to understand and I was able to get the hang of it right away. The wind was strong that day and it was hard to move forward, so the guide had to pull me along. Even though I am not physically strong, I was able to have a lot of fun. If you have any doubts, I highly recommend this experience!
