    We took a boat charter to visit the "Phantom Island" and one snorkeling spot. Perhaps because we had already been to Phantom Island and weren’t beginners at snorkeling, the guide didn’t give us detailed instructions but instead accommodated our schedule. It was great to be able to swim and explore a relatively wide area while snorkeling.

    My friends from the club and I rented a boat for the afternoon! I got to sleep in this morning, and since we had the boat all to ourselves, we could play music without worrying about anyone else—it was so much fun♪ It was also really convenient that we could make it a day trip from Ishigaki Island!

    First, on the shuttle ride, we listened to fascinating stories about Kohama Island’s nighttime nature, and upon arriving at the observation site, we were deeply moved by the natural planetarium stretching as far as the eye could see. Next, a certified guide used a laser pointer to carefully explain each seasonal constellation and star name one by one, making it a wonderful experience that truly satisfied our intellectual curiosity… Thank you from the bottom of my heart for this deeply healing experience.
