SUP, a popular activity, is a marine sport that uses paddles on a surfboard.
After a full 150 minutes of SUP fun, you can relax at the beach house or spend your free time on the beach.

The SUPs used on the tour are large andOutstanding stabilityIt's a great way to get in shape! No special physical strength is required, so even those who are not good at exercising can easily do it.

On the day of the tour, we will take you to the best spots according to the tide level and weather conditions!
The SUP experience is usually 150 minutes, but can be changed to 60 minutes or a family plan. You can also do yoga on the beach in the afternoon if you wish.

◆ For those who meet at the Port of Obama
Please be at Obama Port by the tour start time.If you are coming from a hotel on Kohama Island, the hotel shuttle bus will take you to the port. Please check with your hotel for details.
If you are coming from Ishigaki Island, please take the ferry to Kohama Island.
